Thank you for your interest in our website mandelsloh-personalberatung.com (hereinafter “Website”). We respect your privacy and take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Therefore, we collect and process your personal data exclusively in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. This privacy policy explains what types of personal data are collected on the Website when you visit it and how this data is processed.
1. Responsible
The responsible person within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Art. 4 No. 7 DSGVO) is Georg Freiherr von Mandelsloh, Dorfstrasse 30.
82229 Seefeld, phone +49 8153 88995-50, e-mail mandelsloh (at) mandelsloh.com (hereinafter “we”, “our”, etc.).
2. What is personal data
Personal data is any information that can be individually assigned to you. This is, for example, your name, address, date of birth, e-mail address and telephone number. Non-personal data, on the other hand, is information of a general nature that cannot be used to determine your identity. This is, for example, the number of users of the website.
3. What types of personal data are collected and processed on the website
In principle, you can visit the website, which is primarily informational in nature, without providing us with any information that directly identifies you.
3.1 Web server logs
When you visit the Website, the Website’s web server automatically records your IP address, the date and time you are on the Website, the pages you visit on the Website, the Internet page you were on previously, the browser you use (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.), the operating system you use (e.g. Windows 10), and the domain name and address of your Internet provider (e.g. Deutsche Telekom) as a matter of technical necessity.
An evaluation of this information takes place exclusively on an anonymous basis and serves to correctly display the requested content to you as well as to optimize and improve the design of the website.
In addition, in the event of system abuse, we may process the information collected by the web server in cooperation with your Internet provider and/or local authorities in order to identify the perpetrator of such abuse. The legal basis for this is my legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO), which are to protect the integrity of the website, our system and our users.
3.2 Personal data that you have voluntarily provided to us
Furthermore, we only collect personal data from you if you have provided it voluntarily. For example, we collect your e-mail address and, if applicable, other information provided by you as part of your inquiry via e-mail or your name, e-mail and, if applicable, other information provided by you as part of your inquiry via our contact form. We process this personal data in order to answer and process your inquiry.
The legal basis for this is the fulfillment of pre-contractual measures in response to your request (Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DSGVO).
3.3 Data transmission
We take reasonable measures to secure your personal data. Any data transmission on the website and within the scope of the services provided there takes place using encryption procedures via HTTPS, which correspond to the current state of the art.
However, we would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is unfortunately not possible.
4. Passing on of personal data
We do not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the fulfillment of your request, otherwise permitted by relevant legal provisions or you have given us your consent. We are furthermore entitled to outsource the processing of personal data, in whole or in part, to external service providers who act for me as processors (Art. 4 No. 8 DSGVO) within the framework of data protection law requirements. If these service providers are located outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA) Treaty Agreement, we will take appropriate security measures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements to ensure the security of your personal data.

If a corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) a DSGVO and Section 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) as defined by the TTDSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.
6. Storage period
Your personal data will be stored by us only as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or – if there are legal retention periods that go beyond this – for the duration of the legally prescribed retention period. Subsequently, your personal data will be deleted.
